Do you want to pay off your mortgage years sooner?
We are building a solution to easily do this.
How mortgage acceleration math works
Three straightforward steps showing how disciplined cash flow timing can direct surplus toward principal reduction.
Deposit cash flow into checking
Deposit all your family income into a primary checking account where recurring bills and living expenses are planned and managed.Draw against a line of credit (LOC)
A dedicated line of credit from a partner credit union is used to make structured principal prepayments against your mortgage balance.Daily sweep between checking account and LOC
Available positive daily cash surplus pays down the line balance, minimizing total interest accumulation.

What do we build
How is it possible to pay your mortgage in half the time?
SweepCraft started with a simple frustration. I couldn’t make sense of the math behind “velocity banking,” and nothing on the market made it easy to do. All I wanted was to set it and forget it until the mortgage was paid off. So we built the tool I couldn’t find.
