SweepCraft is an independent software research and development project examining mortgage acceleration math. SweepCraft is not a bank, credit union, depository institution, lender, loan originator, mortgage broker, or loan servicer. SweepCraft is not a registered investment adviser or debt management company and does not offer legal, financial, or tax advice.

Development Status & Future Issuance

The proposed SweepCraft Account is currently in development and is not available to the public. SweepCraft does not hold consumer deposits, maintain checking accounts, issue cards, or extend lines of credit. Any future account would be issued and maintained by a future partner credit union.

Waitlist Terms & No Credit Decision

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and creates no contractual obligation. Submitting your information to the waitlist does not constitute an application for credit, loan offer, credit approval, or an offer to extend financing. No credit report will be pulled and no credit decision will be rendered as a result of joining the waitlist.

Math & Outcome Disclosures

SweepCraft explores the mathematical principle of applying verified monthly cash-flow surplus toward loan principal reduction. Under disciplined conditions and positive surplus, a mortgage might be paid off years earlier.

We do not promise or guarantee specific savings amounts, interest reductions, or loan payoff dates. Actual results depend entirely on individual financial factors, including mortgage balance, interest rates, monthly income stability, living expenses, emergency expenditures, and subsequent spending discipline.

No Calculator or Individual Projections

SweepCraft does not offer a calculator, personalized projection, or custom financial model on this page. Any illustrations or examples are hypothetical arithmetic demonstrations intended solely to clarify cash-flow mechanics.
