These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SweepCraft website and waitlist. This website is published solely for informational purposes to present research concepts regarding mortgage acceleration arithmetic. SweepCraft is an independent software research and development initiative. We are not a bank, credit union, lender, loan servicer, or depository institution. Any future account would be issued and maintained by a future partner credit union.
2. Eligibility
This website and waitlist are intended solely for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age and currently own residential real property encumbered by an existing primary mortgage. By joining the waitlist, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria.
3. Waitlist Participation
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and does not create an obligation on either party. Submission does not constitute an application for credit, loan offer, credit approval, commitment to lend, or enrollment in any banking service. SweepCraft makes no promise or guarantee regarding future product availability, launch dates, or partner credit union eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to accept or decline waitlist submissions at our discretion.
